2002: Leadership Credo
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege, and the responsibility, of stepping into multiple leadership roles across global enterprises. Each transition taught me the same lesson in a new disguise: leadership is less about position and far more about perspective.
These eight leadership credos didn’t emerge from theory.
They were shaped in meeting and boardrooms, transformation programs, team-event, projects and programs and growth phases, and moments where culture mattered more than KPIs. They reflect a lived belief that modern leadership is about ecosystems, communities, service, and energy, not control, fear, or mechanical thinking. Together, they form a practical philosophy for leading in motion: where business is human, change is growth, technology empowers, and work, yes, should still be fun.

This credo is also the backbone of my current work and the mindset behind 'CURRENT' A Practice of Living in Motion
.
